Looking at BeezBites' signature Roti Sarang Lebah, or "Beehive Bread", one wonders how do our clients bake our premixes when they're in business? In this post, our founder herself, Puan Siti shows the very simple baking process from the premix to the fresh read-to-serve Roti Sarang Lebah.
Our premixes are supplied in packages to the clients whereby they simply need to add basic ingredients - water, butter, egg, yeast. Next, the kneaded dough is arranged in small aluminium trays that fits in three each. The dough are then sprinkled with assortments of nuts and seeds before the baking begins. Finally, the freshly baked bread may be topped with 3 currently available syrup - butterscotch, chocolate and strawberry.
